I have always known that this podcast was a call from God and a place women can go to feel loved, appreciated, and understood, but I never knew what the ultimate path was supposed to be. Until now. This is why we are kicking off a new season of Discovering W.I.S.E. with more focus, and free inspiration for you to feel more connected every week. All the details are in this episode.
In this episode, I want you to hear what all of us desperately need to hear, a message of hope and encouragement. I also want you to realize that you are not alone by thinking of a time when God clearly showed up in your life. And I want you to commit to a daily practice of gratitude in the week ahead, and I have a free tool to help your commitment.
In this episode, we are going to talk about your current reality and start laying the groundwork for intentional growth. We are going to revisit our gratitude practice and talk about the integration between gratitude and our overall approach to life and faith.
Today we're going to talk about forgiveness and letting go so you can grow. I've touched on this topic before, but I want to address it again to emphasize these four important points. You can do great things. There is a powerful purpose for your life. There will always be things working against those first two realities. And finally, the Spirit and Power within YOU are greater than anything thing or anyone working against you.
Today I'm going to teach a process that has impacted so many throughout the years.
I'm not a huge fan of looking in the rear view mirror, but we do need to look back in order to move forward.
What went well. What we can repeat. What would should avoid. I'm going to give you a few ways to look back and trigger some joyful, and not so joyful, memories. Memories to live and learn.
We are honored to have a special guest who started a nonprofit, Operation 300, in honor of her brother, Aaron Carson Vaughn, who was a Navy Seal killed in action. Tara Baldwin reminds us of faithfulness relying 100% on God for all we need in order to live out his purpose in our lives, trusting that God can take the absolute worst experiences of our lives and turn them around and use them for good.

Today I want to talk about transforming the way you think about the community you choose, and how you show up in it. When life becomes hard, it's the people that surround you that help get you through. A big question to think about this week: In the last 90 days, how many people have shown up for you, and how you've shown up for them? Let's explore that topic this week.
Jennifer Rome is an overcomer, a woman with a heart of gold, whose stories will undoubtedly impact the lives of many. We get the honor of getting insights from her today about what to do when multiple life changes that you don't necessarily choose, come at you and you can't plan your way out of them, learning how to navigate what she calls white space and finding peace and the little things that help you rebuild a better you embracing change, gaining clarity, deciding what you want a need to keep in your life and acknowledging the people who help you do just that.

Today we are going to focus on the importance of thinking, praying, writing, dreaming, and resting. The combination is what helps brings your dream into reality. I'm going to especially concentrate on the importance of writing like it has actually happened. All the details in today's Discovering W.I.S.E. Podcast

The Importance of Thinking, Praying, Writing, Dreaming and Resting
One year ago this weekend we launched the Discovering W.I.S.E. podcast, and wow, what a year. This episode is focused on the lessons learned through our amazing guests, and what you can walk away knowing that will add peace and hope to your life.
This is the first week of quarter 3. So this week, it's time for a Q2 checkup...of you! We are going to review the Q2 messages and figure out your intentions and affirmations for the remaining year. We have worksheets called Walkalongs to help you out.
Friends, do you ever need a "don't give up, it's never too late" kind of message? Well, you're about to hear one. Nancy Anderberg is a woman of Faith, a mom of four, an entrepreneur coach. Friends, do you ever need a "don't give up, it's never too late" kind of message? Well, you're about to hear one. Nancy Anderberg is a woman of Faith, a mom of four, an entrepreneur coach. She's also a master encourager. Her vulnerability and heart shine bright in this episode and it was an absolute joy for me to spend time with her. Others, liken her to the Phoenix. She crashes and burns, and rises back up again. She talks about that, five core values, setting goals, investing in yourself, vulnerability in your testimony and using that to be an encouragement to others. Ready your hearts and minds. Grab whatever you take notes with and engage with today's episode.
This week we celebrate Brandon. He would have been 24. Carrie recounts the greatest loss she ever experienced as she tells the story of Brandon, and the day she would find out he would not be born alive. This episode is vital for those that have experienced, or are currently going through, the trauma of loss. Because the greatest losses produce our deepest growth.
This week Carrie reflects on the feedback from last week's episode about the loss of her son, Brandon. And she discovers another side to loss and grief, one she didn't realize until this feedback started coming in.
I find how God wired us to be so fascinatingly complex! And one way to get into our personal wiring is to take self assessments. But I often warn people not to pigeonhole someone based on their results. But can they give us some general direction? Yes! Let's dive in!
My dear friend Christine Jensen is here to tell a story of a strong calling in her life. A calling she dumped everything she had into only to come up short in the end. What then? Christine walks you through her journey and how she came emerged with grace and strength, and how you can, too.
Today we are diving into how to manage a world full of constant distraction. It's hard to make a list of priorities because, it seems, that everything is a priority. So how do we become better at handling our own personal chaos?
This week we are talking about the benefits of making quick decisions, what a decision really means, and why big decisions aren't really that big. This all has to do with Carrie's decision to move from sunny California back home to Minnesota. She explains when they decided, why they decided, why they rushed it, and what these lessons mean for your life.
What really matters to you most? Why does that matter so much? What are you willing to give up in order to have that? I've been thinking a lot about loyalty and where I've placed my loyalty and trust. Many times, I admit, I've misplaced my loyalty. Or have I? Let's explore that word and what it means. God showed us the most amazing example of loyalty through His Son. What should be our response and how can we use His example

As a first-time mom at 16, Carrie Guarrero struggled with comments from other people that were uncomfortable and judgemental. She battled that by pretending to be a person she wasn't prepared to be, an uber-mature go-getter. On the inside, she was still struggling, and unless she discovered her true self, she would always feel discomfort.
